Can I wash other items along with my Kleanr brushes?
We recommend washing only washer-safe beauty items with your Kleanr brushes, such as makeup sponges, reusable cotton pads, and makeup towels. Please avoid washing non-beauty items like clothing, towels, sheets, blankets, or shoes in the same load.
Are Kleanr products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! All of our products are made without animal byproducts and are never tested on animals.
Are Kleanr products sustainable?
Sustainability is at the core of Kleanr’s design. Our brushes are built to last, and we offer replaceable brush heads so you only need to swap out the part that wears down over time instead of purchasing an entirely new brush. This reduces over-consumption and encourages a more mindful beauty routine.

Where can I check my order status?
You can view your order status on your account page, which updates as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives. Shipping and tracking details are also available on your account page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.
Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you place an order using a freight forwarder or third-party shipping service for delivery to a country where we do not currently ship, we cannot guarantee the safe or timely arrival of your order. We also cannot accept exchanges for items shipped via these methods or to destinations not listed in our shipping policy.
How do I make a return?
