Other Details About Our Information Practices

We collect personal information directly from you (for example, when you place an order from our website or make a purchase at one of our stores), or automatically when you access or use our Services or shop in our stores, each described in more detail in the WHAT WE COLLECT section above.
Our website is not designed or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information about consumers under the age of 13. If we become aware that such information has been inadvertently collected, Kleanr undertakes to take appropriate measures to delete this information.
Our site is not intended for users under the age of 13. It is not our obligation to individually screen users. If a user under the age of 13 uses our Site or Services, we retain the right to assume that consent of their parent or guardian has been given to do so.
We generally do not collect information that is considered “sensitive” under Canada Law. In the limited circumstances that we do, as described in the WHAT WE COLLECT section above, we process personal information that is designated as “sensitive” under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, S.C 2000 C.5, such as your precise geolocation information from your device if you use our mobile app and grant us permission to do so. We only collect this information with your consent or at your direction and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes for which we originally collected it and for other purposes described in the Retention section below.
