Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory Holidays will be shipped the following 1-2 business days.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is on its way and you will be able to track your order status in your Account.
We currently offer shipping within Canada, and to all 50 states of the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, after shipping within Canada, and 5-8 business days after shipping to the United States.

Delivery times are subject to delay and change. As mentioned in our Terms of Use, Kleanr takes no responsibility for delays that occur due to matters out of our control. For disputes regarding delivery delays, please contact the delivery provider directly.
We do not support the use of freight forwarders under any circumstances. If you place an order using a freight forwarder or third-party shipping service for delivery to a country where we do not currently ship, we cannot guarantee the safe or timely arrival of your order. We also cannot accept exchanges for items delivered via these methods or to destinations not listed above.
Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please email us at hello@kleanrcosmetics.com within 15 calendar days of receiving your order with photos of the defective product, as it will help determine the applicability of an exchange. Our customer service team retains the sole discretion in determining whether an exchange will be accepted.
In the case of an exchange, we will provide a complimentary shipping label and send a replacement once the original item is received.
